IntegrityIQ360 respects the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us, request a consultation, and use HSE Command Center through an organization that has been given access. This notice explains what personal information we handle, why we use it, and how to contact us.

When an organization gives you access to its HSE workspace, that organization determines what work records its users enter and who may access them. If your request concerns a record your employer or another organization entered, contact that organization first; we can help it respond where appropriate.
Information we receive
- Contact and consultation requests. We receive the name, email address, company, country, organization size, topic, product or service interest, preferred plan, and message that you choose to submit. The fields collected depend on the form you use. When you submit a form, we also record the page it was sent from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address, which we use to limit repeated submissions. Please do not put sensitive medical or other unnecessary personal information in a website enquiry.
- HSE Command Center accounts. If your organization gives you access, we handle information needed to create and manage your account, such as your name or username, contact details, organization, role, authentication settings, and sign-in and security events.
- Organization work records. Authorized users may enter HSE information such as observations, incidents, corrective actions, inspections, training, and related notes. Those records may include personal information about workers or other people. The organization decides what to enter and how the workspace is used.
- Technical information. Our website and application receive information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, request and error logs, and security events. The website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or other tracking technologies. The HSE Command Center portal uses cookies that are strictly necessary for sign-in and session security; it does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use information
We use enquiries to respond to questions, arrange demonstrations or consultations, prepare relevant proposals, and keep a record of our correspondence. We use account and workspace information to provide the service to the organization, manage access, support authorized users, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service from misuse. We use technical information to operate the website and application, investigate faults, and maintain security. We may retain or disclose information when required by applicable law.
Where a law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on taking steps you request before a contract, performing a contract with the organization, our legitimate interest in operating and securing our services, or a legal obligation, as applicable. We do not add contact-form or consultation-form submitters to a marketing mailing list without asking them separately. We do not sell personal information submitted through those forms.
Who receives information
Access is limited to our personnel and authorized service providers who need the information to operate, support, and protect the website and HSE Command Center. Cloudflare provides website and application delivery, infrastructure, security, database, and email services used by this deployment. Notifications of website enquiries are delivered to our team’s Google Gmail mailboxes, so Google also processes the contents of those enquiries. The HSE Command Center portal loads a web font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when the portal opens. An organization’s authorized administrators and users may see information within that organization’s workspace according to their access rights. We may disclose information to authorities when legally required or to protect people and the service in accordance with applicable law.
Because our services can be used internationally and our providers may operate in different locations, information may be processed outside your country. We do not promise that information remains in a particular country unless a separate agreement expressly says so.
Retention
We keep website enquiries for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Account and HSE workspace information is kept for the period of the organization’s access and then handled under its agreement with us, subject to necessary security, backup, and legal retention. Technical and security records are kept only as needed for operation, investigation, and legal obligations. We review information for deletion or anonymization when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Contact us for details about the retention rule applicable to a particular record.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and security measures appropriate to the service and the information involved. Administrator access to the current HSE deployment requires an additional authentication step. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account or record has been exposed, contact us promptly at [email protected].
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to explain how it is used. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a copy, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfill part of a request where the law permits or requires us to keep information. If the information is in your organization’s workspace, the organization may need to handle the request and we will assist it as appropriate.
Children and changes
Our website and HSE Command Center are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We may update this notice as our services change. We will post the revised notice here with a new date and give additional notice where the law requires it.
