These terms apply to the IntegrityIQ360 website and, when your organization has been given access, the HSE Command Center portal. By using the website or an account provided to you, you agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate written order, trial invitation, or service agreement with IntegrityIQ360, that document governs the commercial terms and controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
1. Who may use the services
The website is for people exploring our products and services. HSE Command Center access is currently provided to organizations and their authorized users by arrangement. You must be authorized by your organization to use its account and must provide accurate information when contacting us. The website does not currently create an HSE workspace or issue a login automatically when you choose a plan or request a demo.
2. Enquiries, demos, plans, and trials
Submitting a form requests a conversation; it does not purchase a subscription, reserve a price, create an account, or guarantee a demo or trial. Any demo access, trial length, scope, seats, fees, setup work, and start and end dates must be confirmed separately in writing. We do not take payment through this website at present. Illustrative dashboards and sample data on the website show possible workflows and may differ from the current product and a customer’s configured workspace.
3. Accounts and access
An organization’s administrator manages access for its authorized users. Keep your credentials private, use the security controls provided, and notify your administrator or IntegrityIQ360 promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for deciding which people receive access and what permissions they need. We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or a legal requirement, with notice where practical.
4. Appropriate use
Do not use the website or portal unlawfully; attempt to gain access to another organization’s information; interfere with service or security controls; introduce malicious code; or copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except where applicable law permits. Do not put real employee or incident information into public website enquiry fields. Within an HSE workspace, your organization is responsible for deciding what information its users are permitted to enter and for giving any notices and permissions required for its use.
5. Customer information and our software
Your organization retains its rights in information it supplies to its HSE workspace. It permits us to host, process, transmit, and display that information as needed to provide and support the service under the organization’s agreement. IntegrityIQ360 and its licensors retain their rights in the website, HSE Command Center software, design, documentation, and branding. Access gives you a limited right to use the services for your organization’s internal business purposes while your access is active; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
6. HSE responsibilities
HSE Command Center can help an organization record and review its work, assign actions, and follow progress. The organization remains responsible for its workplace safety program, the accuracy of information entered, professional decisions, legal duties, and required reporting. Using the software does not itself establish regulatory compliance, certification, or a particular safety outcome.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, fix, or improve the website and portal and may need to interrupt access for maintenance or security. We aim to keep the services usable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material service levels, support commitments, data export, and renewal or cancellation arrangements, if offered, belong in the applicable written service agreement rather than this page.
8. Ending access
Your organization’s agreement or written trial invitation determines when its access ends and how its HSE records are handled afterward. An individual user may lose access when the organization removes their account or their authorization ends. Contact your organization about its workspace data. If no separate agreement applies, contact [email protected] to arrange an appropriate closeout before a trial or other temporary access ends.

10. Updates and contact
